I love these three photos of Maggie and Pat! And can you believe they almost didn't get taken because they were having so much fun inside? I think they should blow one of them up really big and hang it over their mantle in a fancy frame:)
Maggie and Pat had their reception at the PlaMore Ballroom, which I have only been to a handful of times since my senior prom. They had a complete genius decorate the hall, it was so nice! Though I like that funky old vibe the PlaMore has, it just felt like such a different place.
A woman they know (sorry, forgot her name) made the bread, her husband fabricated the metal stand the bread sat on, and Maggie's mom planted the herbs in peat pots - making fabulous
and delicious centerpieces!
Four different delicious cakes. Maggie owns a restaurant, and she knows
everyone! Everyone involved was hand chosen for their top notch food, I was a major nibbler that night.
The karaoke band that plays at Duffy's on Thursday played, giving everyone a chance to get on stage and sing a few tunes.
Pat's band, Strawberry Burns, played a few songs too.
All in all, it was a great night! Can't wait to take more Iris photos with you two!
